This furniture ottoman is an excellent deal for the money. I believe they might have been selling used opened products as new ones, and I’d have not ordered. A must have I would say. There was no way it might be fixed or even be used. Its a pleasant warm finish and ought to match well with other cherry furniture. The wood finish scratches easily. Nearly immediately the ties on the back cushion began to rip and now are completely ripped off of the cushion. So, I saved some cash and was still happy. I told them to keep their money but I needed to speak to a supervisor and find out why they offered such shotty workmanship.
